PARTICIPATION
· Turkish Chess Federation has the pleasure of inviting your Chess Federation to participate in the World Youth U16 Chess Olympiad 2019.
· All the players who shall not have reached the age of 16 by January 1st 2019 (born 2003 or later) are entitled to participate.
· Each FIDE member has the right to send one team having free board and lodging from October 28th to November 06th. Each team shall comprise 4 players and 1 reserve (one of whom must be a girl playing at least 3 rounds) and 1 captain (manager, trainer).
· FIDE member federations have the right to send additional teams by paying their costs.
· The deadline for entry is September 13rd 2019. We kindly ask all federations to keep this deadline.
· The organizers may accept late entries only in exceptional cases with 100 EUR extra fees per person to be paid.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
· Full board accommodation will be offered in Çorum, Turkey and booked by the organizing committee. Free wireless connection to all participants is arranged. For booking information please send an email to:

· Free accommodation and full board will be provided to the invited players from the October 28th to November 06th (breakfast). Invited teams will be accommodated 1 double room, 1 triple room and 1 single room.
· Every participant accepted as additional (extra) player and all accompanying persons have to make their registration and bookings through the Organizing Committee.
· Lodging for additional extra players and accompanying persons will cost (upon availability):

Single room: 80 € Euros per person with full board - 3 meals daily
Double room: 60 € Euros per person with full board -3 meals daily,
Triple room : 50 € Euros per person with full board – 3 meals daily.

Single room: 75 € Euros per person with full board - 3 meals daily

· Rooms will be booked on the principle of FCFS (First Come First Served). All Participants are obliged to stay in official hotels and bookings must be done through the organizers only.
· Hotel payments for all extra players and accompanying persons must be made to the bank account by the registration deadline of September 13rd 2019. All payments must be made in Euros (€). No future payments of hotel bills will be accepted.
· Players will not be paired until all payments of their federation have been fulfilled.

The preparations are going through with full speed as there left counted days to the World Youth Under-16 Chess Olympiad 2019. The opening move of the championship, which is organized by the Turkish Chess Federation with the sponsorship of Corum Municipality between 28th October to 06th November in Anitta Hotel – Corum, will be made on the 29th of October at 15.00 pm. To this enthusiastic championship will be participating 51 teams from 40 countries and 2 GM’s, 9 IM’s, 64 FM’s, 9 CM’s and 9 WCM’s where you will witness unique challenges.
