· Free accommodation and full board will be provided to the invited players from the October 28th (lunch) to November 06th (breakfast). Invited teams will be accommodated in 1 double, 1 triple room and 1 singlerooms.
· Every participant accepted as additional (extra) player and all accompanying persons have to maketheirregistrationandbookingsthroughtheOrganizingCommittee.

· Rooms will be booked on the principle of FCFS (First Come First Served). All Participants are obligedto stay inofficialhotelsandbookingsmustbedonethroughtheorganizersonly
· Playing hall will be at AnittaHotel.
· Hotel payments for all extra players and accompanying persons must be made to the bank account by the registration deadline of 13 September 2019. All payments must be made in Euros (€). No future payments of hotel bills will be accepted.
